Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

We ship orders within the United States. Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delays may occur and are outside our direct control.

Preorders and Backorders

Products sold as preorders or temporarily backordered will include an expected shipping timeframe on the product page or in customer communications.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder or backordered items, shipment timing may vary. Orders may be held and shipped together unless a separate shipment is arranged.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at checkout for eligible orders at our Lindon, Utah location. Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.
