Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@dowdlestudios.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement. Call for assistance 385-336-5708

Refunds

We will notify after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
