School Carnival

This painting was done in tribute to the Utah PTA for their commitment to children and their education-both mentally, socially. Many elementary schools hold fall carnivals thanks to their local PTA organizations. The carnivals not only provide an opportunity for the children to have a fun time with their classmates, families, and teachers, but provide one of the larger fundraisers of the year for PTA organizations.
